Correlation of beliefs

Seymour Hersh on why Kerry isn't winning by a landslide: "I think one thing you have to face up to is the fact there are roughly 70 million people in America who do not believe in evolution - and those are Bush supporters."

I don't know.

A friend was wondering at a party last night; how can almost half the population be supporting Bush?

Are they better off then they were four years ago?

Look at the war, the economy, they sheer lack of any sense of accounatabilty... you know the litany.

But there is stil a chance he might win, even without the chicanery the Republican operatives seem to be planning.

I am afraid.
