When I was in London last, this was going on: http://electroniciraq.net/news/1684.shtml . It was widely reported, including by Reuters. Some British papers were noting how it was fit for a war crimes tribunal . . . It was exactly about the same time that the prison scandals were released more openly to the media. One needs to wonder which is worse and more news-worthy in the eyes of the media, killing or torturing . . .
