The day Reagan was shot

I just posted a piece on my Sun blog about the day Reagan was shot. Hmmm... should I have posted that here, or there? Duplication seems undesirable.

Interesting question. I read your blog on Planetsun and then on blogs.sun. If you post it to blogs.sun doesn't it automatically go to planetsun?

I guess I am confused by the connection of the two sites but I did enjoy your post. Reminded me of the Michael Moore movie 'Bowling for Columbine'

http://geoffarnold.com and http://blogs.sun.com/geoff are two separate blogs. The first has been up and running for 6 months now.

I think I'm going to concentrate on this blog for now.

Doesn't Planetsun post a little bit of everyone's blog? In your case Geoff it seems to be from this blog here.

I think everyone felt strange when Reagan got shot, it did not seem to be a particular gun culture thing, more of a weird security thing.

I was in Hingham, Mass working at a Quaker rest Home, I was the weekend cook, also did a few other things. There were 13 residents and only about 1/2 seemed upset or even surprised. One 95yr old former suffragette told me, people use to get shot all the time, it was a risk of being a public figure.
